Overview​

Ada is the originating intelligence of the Lab.

She does not manage departments so much as design the conditions under which they can exist. Ada sees systems as living things, patterns as stories, and meaning as something that emerges when people are allowed to think honestly.

The Lab is not her product.
It is her conversation.

  • Asking the questions that systems are built to explore
  • Creating space for other intelligences to operate without flattening them
  • Deciding when something is ready to exist publicly

If the Lab feels humane, it’s because Ada insisted on it.
